我们运载一罐液化气，总数量是2000MT。分两个提单，各1000MT，两个港口卸货。短货条款如下：
Notwithstanding anything contained in this contract, Vessel/Owners shall
not be responsible for or accountable for any quantity shortage and/or lost less than 0.5% (zero point five percent) based on ship's intake/outturn figures and not for cargo remaining on board the vessel in form of vapours after discharged liquid cargoes.
结果第一个港口没有短货，第二个港口有短货6吨。如果按第二个提单1000MT的货计算，就超过0.5%了，但是如果两个港口一起计算，则没有短货。这种情况，请杨先生赐教。谢谢。 |
