本人是行业新手，想请教杨先生2个问题，不胜感激
1、合同没有提及“reversible laytime”，但是有说“一旦滞期永远滞期”，那装卸港的滞期时间是分别计算，还是一起计算？
2、金康94中的General Strike Clause(b)条中说，当租家选择更改至另一安全卸港时，On delivery of the cargo at such port, all conditions of this Charter Party and of the Bill of Lading shall apply and the Vessel shall receive the same freight as if she had discharged at the original port of destination, except that if the distance to the substituted port exceeds 100 nautical miles, the freight on the cargo delivered at the substituted port to be increased in proportion. 可是那在第一卸港因罢工耽误的时间怎么算呢？租家免责吗？ |
