约克安特维普规则1994版 RULE A与RULE B的表述问题请教
Rule A：
There is a general average act when, and only when, any extraordinary sacrifice or expenditure is intentionally and reasonably made or incurred for the common safety for the purpose of preserving from peril the property involved in a common maritime adventure.
Rule B:
When measures are taken to preserve the vessels and their cargoes, if any, from a common peril, these Rules shall apply.
对于preserve from，在同一个规则中，Rule A的表述为preserve from peril the property, Rule B的表述为preserve the vessles and their cargoes from a peril。为什么会有这两种不同的表述呢？这两种表述的区别在哪里呢？
