supplytime clause 18 saving of life and salvage (b) provides " the charterer shall be bound by all measures taken by the owners in order to secure paymen of salvage and to fix its amount"
尽管字面意思比较容易理解，但为什么要规定charterer要bound by the measures taken by the owners, 其背后的具体含义是什么，这样对owners 有什么好处，能否举几个具体的例子。
