请教各位关于仲裁适用法的问题
如果合同中约定‘this agreement will be governed in every respect by the law of state B’，而在arbitration clause里约定‘all disputes under the concession agreement will be decided in London by three arbitrators’,那么适用法应该是B国法律还是英国的法律呢？
我看了杨老师的《国际商务仲裁》后还是不太清楚，所以想请教各位~~ |
