杨老师，您好，想请教shipman 98的第8.4条款的解释：
8.4 In the event of the appointment of the Managers being terminated by the Owners or the Managers in accourdance with the provisions of Clause 17 and 18 other than by reason of default by the Managers, or if the Vessel is lost, sold or otherwise disposed of, the "management fee" payable to the Managers according to the provisions of sub-clause 8.1, shall continue to be payable for a further period of three calendar months as from the termination date.

这里，other than 之后的原因是包括:1) default by the Managers；2）if the Vessel is lost, 3）sold ；4）otherwise disposed of. 是这样理解吗？？ 也就是說，如果船舶是lost, sold or otherwise disposed of, 那么是不用支付管理费的，是吗？？ 请赐教哈～，非常感谢。

shipman 98 的第18.3条规定：This Agreement shall be deemed to be terminated in the case of the sale of the Vessel or if the Vessel becomes a total loss or is declared as a constructive or compromised or arranged total loss or is requisitioned.
第18.4 条规定：For the purpose of sub-clasue 18.3 hereof (1) the date upon which the Vessel is to be treated as having been sold or otherwise disposed of shall be the date on which the Owners cease to be registered as Owners of the Vessel; 这里说到，船舶视为出售或处置的日期应为船舶注销船东登记的日期。

那么，假设在管理期限内，船东提前两三个月通知管理公司该船将会在两三个月后出售并终止管理合约，这种情况下也不是管理公司的过错，那么应该是从通知之日算起付再付3个月的租金？而鉴于18.3条的规定，管理费是要一直付至船东注销登记后的3个月？ 个人认为，这是矛盾的。

所以，恳切听听您的理解，不胜感激。
