再补充问下:如果不是在交船而是到卸货港口进港卸货途中出现该情况,
1.那从2315-0830/28/FEB是否不能以船舶不适航索赔(因为绝对适航是交船时候不是整个租期)?
2.是否该时间损失和额外费用只能以停租条款里" and the cost of any extra fuel consumed in consequence thereof, and all ectra expenses shall be deducted from the hire."予以扣除?
