求助:沉船后的几个问题

您好!
我司与货主和船东背靠背的签了一份程租租船合同,租用一条外籍船从马来西亚装铁矿粉到中国北方港口。但是船舶在装完货物后开往卸港的途中不幸沉没了,事故原因还在调查,我们估计有可能是货物水分太大使船体不平衡而导致沉船的。船长在航行中有要求抽水排水,我司也同意船长的要求。但不幸的事还是发生了。现有2个问题想求助杨老师:

1,运费和滞期费
我们的合同条款是:FREIGHT PAYMENT: FULL FREIGHT TO BE PAID TO OWNERS NOMINATED BANK ACCTS WITHIN 3 BANKING DAYS AFTER COMPLETION OF LOADING AND SIGNING/RELEASING B/L TO SHIPPER WCH MARKED "CLEAN ON BOARD”, BUT ALWAYS BBB; IN CASE "FREIGHT PREPAID" BS/L REQUESTED, SAME TO BE RELEASED ONLY AFTER FULL FRT TO BE PAID TO OWNER'S ACCT. MASTER HAVE THE OPTION TO REMARK ON M/R ABOUT CGO CONDITION,IN THAT CASE, OWRNS WILL ISSUE / RELEASE CLEAN ON BOARD B/L AGAINST CHTRS SINGLE LOI BSS ON OWRNS PNI WORDING FOR CLEAN B/L.
DEM/DES AT BOTH PORTS TO BE SETTLED TOGETHER WINTHIN 7 DAYS AFTER COPMLETE DISCHARGING.
船舶是从装港开出8天后沉没的,期间货主一直未付运费,预付运费的提单格式已经发给船东,但由于未付运费,提单一直未签发。请问船沉没了船东的运费和滞期费是否仍可赚取?

2,货物损失
船沉没货物丢失的情况下,货主是否可以向船东要求货物索赔?货主是否可以直接跟船东追索。

请问我们作为无船承运人在此事件中还应该注意什么问题,应该如何处理,谢谢!
